  • 6–8 egg roll wrappers

Instructions

  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner facing you. Place two tablespoons of filling near the bottom corner and wrap tightly, folding in sides and sealing with water.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C). Fry egg rolls in batches until golden brown on all sides (about 3-4 minutes per side).
