- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt

- 1.5 tablespoons instant espresso powder
- Unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- In a blender, combine Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, milk, chia seeds, espresso powder, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
- Divide the mixture evenly into four jars or containers.
- In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup Greek yogurt with 2 teaspoons maple syrup and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spoon the topping over each pudding jar and smooth out.
- Sprinkle unsweetened cocoa powder on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.
