Instructions
- Prepare the peanut sauce by whisking together peanut butter, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, and honey until smooth.
- Cut the boneless chicken breast into thin strips and marinate with remaining soy sauce and sesame oil for at least 10 minutes.
- Wash and prepare vegetables: shred lettuce, cabbage, julienne carrots, and chop cilantro.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook marinated chicken strips for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Warm large flour tortillas in a skillet or microwave until pliable.
- Assemble wraps by spreading peanut sauce on each tortilla and layering with vegetables and cooked chicken. Roll tightly.
- Serve immediately with extra peanut sauce on the side.
