Ingredients

  • boneless chicken breast
  • soy sauce
  • sesame oil
  • peanut butter
  • lime juice
  • garlic
  • ginger
  • honey
  • large flour tortillas
  • fresh lettuce leaves
  • purple cabbage
  • carrots
  • fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Prepare the peanut sauce by whisking together peanut butter, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, and honey until smooth.
  2. Cut the boneless chicken breast into thin strips and marinate with remaining soy sauce and sesame oil for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Wash and prepare vegetables: shred lettuce, cabbage, julienne carrots, and chop cilantro.
  4. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook marinated chicken strips for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
