  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush them generously with half of the glaze.
  4. Bake the salmon for 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and brush with the remaining glaze.
  5. Return to the oven and bake for another 8-10 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork (internal temperature should reach 145°F).
  6. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
