Ingredients
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/8 cup fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp dried rosemary
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 6 boneless chicken breasts or 3.5 lb chicken
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, dried rosemary, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Whisk until smooth.
- Place chicken in a Ziploc bag or container. Pour the marinade over the chicken and seal tightly.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to overnight).
- Preheat grill or oven as desired. Remove chicken from marinade and discard excess liquid.
- Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Enjoy!
