Instructions
- Cook white rice according to package instructions. Fluff with a fork when done and set aside.

- Dice tomatoes and cube avocados while beef cooks.
- Divide cooked rice among bowls, top with seasoned beef, corn, tomatoes, and avocado.
- Drizzle cheese sauce over each bowl and sprinkle with fresh cilantro before serving warm.
