- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, coconut cream, milk, honey, and vanilla extract until creamy.
- Wash and dice fresh strawberries; fold them into the oat mixture.
- Layer the mixture into mason jars or containers with additional strawberries.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours to allow flavors to meld.
- In the morning, stir gently, top with reserved strawberries, and enjoy!
