- Egg roll wrappers

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper flat and place 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture in the center. Add 1 teaspoon of strawberry jam on top.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, tuck in the sides to seal, then roll tightly from bottom to top, sealing edges with water.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan to 350°F.
- Fry the egg rolls for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels before serving.
