- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Toss the chicken thighs with cornstarch until evenly coated for a sticky texture.
- Make the Glaze: In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Add the Glaze: Pour the glaze over the chicken and stir to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve: Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
