Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp honey
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 8 oz rice noodles or egg noodles
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and optional red chili flakes. Stir well.
- Toss chicken pieces with cornstarch until coated evenly.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown.
- Pour sauce over cooked chicken and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until thickened.
- Cook noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Combine noodles with sticky chicken in the skillet; toss well to coat.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
