Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast or thighs
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp honey
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 8 oz noodles (rice or egg)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and optional red chili flakes in a bowl.
- Coat the chicken pieces with cornstarch until evenly covered.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken until golden brown (6–8 minutes).
- Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken and simmer for 1–2 minutes until thickened.
- Cook noodles according to package instructions, then drain and toss with oil.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet and mix thoroughly.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
