Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and optional red chili flakes in a bowl.
  2. Coat the chicken pieces with cornstarch until evenly covered.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken until golden brown (6–8 minutes).
  4. Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken and simmer for 1–2 minutes until thickened.
  5. Cook noodles according to package instructions, then drain and toss with oil.
  6. Add cooked noodles to the skillet and mix thoroughly.
  7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
