Ingredients
- 2 cups whole raw almonds (soaked overnight)
- 6 large dates (pitted)
- 4 cups cold filtered water
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice blend
- ½ tsp Himalayan pink salt
Instructions
- Soak almonds in water overnight.
- In a high-speed blender, combine soaked almonds, dates, cold filtered water, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice blend, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Strain through a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag into a bowl or pitcher.
- Transfer to a bottle or jar and refrigerate for up to one week.
