- Spanish chicken sausage
- Yukon Gold potatoes
- Yellow onion
- Red bell pepper
- Green bell pepper
- Garlic cloves
- Chicken broth
- Heavy cream
- Smoked paprika

Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, cook sliced Spanish chicken sausage for 5-6 minutes until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, sauté diced yellow onion, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper for 8-10 minutes until softened. Add minced garlic and smoked paprika; cook for an additional minute.
- Stir in cubed Yukon Gold potatoes, then pour in chicken broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 20-25 minutes until potatoes are tender.
- Return the cooked sausage to the pot and stir in heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste; simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
