- 4 ears fresh corn
- 0.5 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Husk the corn and rinse under cold water.
- Boil a large pot of salted water; add corn and cook for 8-10 minutes until tender (or grill over medium heat for 10-15 minutes).
- While the corn cooks, mix softened butter, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Once cooked, remove corn from heat; let cool slightly before spreading the garlic butter mixture generously over each ear.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
