  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic seasoning
  • 24 ounces roasted green chiles (about six 4oz cans)
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 cups pepper jack cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and sour cream until smooth. Gradually mix in flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, onion seasoning, and garlic seasoning.
  3. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the roasted chiles followed by half of both cheeses and half of the egg mixture. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown and set. Let cool slightly before serving.
