Ingredients
- 6 Tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 16 ounce bag mini vegan marshmallows (divided)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 6 cups rice krispies cereal
- 3/4 cup holiday M&M's (divided)
- 1 Tablespoon holiday sprinkles
- 1/4 cup red candy melts (optional)
- 1/4 cup white candy melts (optional)
- 1/4 cup blue candy melts (optional)
Instructions
- Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and add 15 ounces of mini vegan marshmallows. Stir until fully melted.
- Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract. Fold in the rice krispies and remaining marshmallows until well combined.
- Gently fold in 1/2 cup of M&M's. Spread the mixture into the prepared dish using your fingertips.
- Top with remaining M&M's and sprinkles, pressing down lightly.
- Let set for 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
