Ingredients
- 2 boxes Instant Cheesecake Pudding (3 ounces each)
- 2 cups Half and Half
- 1 cup white grape juice
- Red and Blue Food Dye
- Optional: Whipped Cream
- Optional: Patriotic Sprinkles
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Instant Cheesecake Pudding and Half and Half. Beat with an electric mixer until thick.
- Mix in white grape juice until smooth.
- Divide mixture into thirds in separate bowls.
- Add blue food coloring to one bowl, red to another, leaving the third uncolored.
- Chill mixtures until further thickened.
- Layer pudding into shot glasses: red on the bottom, uncolored in the middle, blue on top.
- Finish with whipped cream and sprinkles.
