- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1.5 lb firm white fish fillet (e.g., cod or mahi-mahi)
- 3 cups shredded white cabbage
- 1 shredded carrot
- 8 white corn tortillas
- Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
- Sliced avocado (optional)
- Spicy salsa (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, garlic, and taco seasoning. Add fish fillets and marinate for 15 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, lime zest and juice, salt, pepper, and cumin. Fold in cabbage and carrot.
- Preheat grill over medium-high heat, brushing grates with olive oil.
- Grill marinated fish for about 4-5 minutes per side until flaky.
- Warm tortillas on the grill and assemble tacos with fish and slaw. Garnish as desired.
