Ingredients
- 4 thick slices of bread
- 4 large eggs
- 1/3 cup half-and-half
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 6 ounces chocolate (dark or milk)
- 1.5 cups small vegan marshmallows
- Butter for frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, half-and-half, vanilla essence, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
- Dip each bread slice into the egg mixture until evenly coated; let excess drip off.
- Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat and cook bread slices for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Once cooked, place the French toast on a plate and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers, followed by pieces of chocolate and vegan marshmallows.
- Optionally broil for 1-2 minutes to toast the marshmallows lightly.
- Serve immediately with extra toppings if desired.
