- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- ½ cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness, season with salt and pepper.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with whisked eggs and milk, and one with crushed pretzels.
- Bread the chicken by coating it in flour, then egg mixture, followed by pressing into pretzels.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat; brown chicken on both sides.
- Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- For the sauce, melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour to form a roux, then gradually add milk.
- Stir in cheese and mustard until melted and smooth; season to taste.
- Serve chicken drizzled with warm sauce.
