Ingredients
- 2 oz agave syrup
- 4 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz coconut cream
- 1 oz lime juice
- Coarse salt for rim
- Fresh pineapple wedges
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Prepare your glass by dipping the rim in lime juice and coating it in coarse salt. Fill it with ice cubes and set aside.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine agave syrup, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and lime juice. Add ice and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over fresh ice and garnish with fresh pineapple wedges. Serve immediately.
