- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Use a cookie scoop or spoon to portion out bite-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze the bites for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl at 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Dip each frozen bite in melted chocolate and place back on the parchment sheet.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt while the chocolate is still wet and freeze for an additional 30 minutes until set.
