Ingredients
- 6 large ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Toss until well-coated.
- Spread the peach mixture evenly in the bottom of a baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix together flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
- Pour melted butter into the dry mixture and stir until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the peach layer in the baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbling.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
