Ingredients
- 1 medium seedless watermelon
- 1-2 pints large blueberries
Instructions
- Cut the watermelon in half and remove the rind to get just the pink flesh. Slice into ¾ inch thick rounds.
- Use a small star cookie cutter to create star shapes from the watermelon slices.
- Assemble the kabobs by alternating watermelon stars and blueberries on wooden skewers.
- Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
