- 1 pound fresh cherries with stems
- 8 ounces semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil or vegetable oil
- Red, white, and blue sprinkles
Instructions
- Rinse cherries under cold water and pat dry completely.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Dip each cherry halfway into the melted chocolate and sprinkle immediately with colored sprinkles.
- Place dipped cherries on the prepared baking sheet and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes until set.
