Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 frozen waffles
- 2 slices cheese
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently and form into two patties slightly larger than the waffles.
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy (about 6-8 minutes). Drain on paper towels, reserving some fat in the skillet.
- In the same skillet, cook beef patties over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side. Add cheese slices during the last minute to melt.
- Toast frozen waffles until golden brown and crispy. Brush with maple syrup while warm.
- To assemble, place one waffle down, top with a cheese-topped patty, add bacon strips, drizzle with more maple syrup, and crown with another waffle.
