Instructions
- Cook the fresh ramen noodles according to package directions until just tender. Drain and rinse under cold water; set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together gochujang, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and minced garlic until smooth. Add water if needed to thin.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces and cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken, stirring to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until glossy.
- Toss in the cooked noodles and combine everything well for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve immediately, garnished with chopped scallions and sesame seeds.
