Instructions
- Prepare the filling by mixing softened cream cheese, diced jalapeños, crumbled cooked chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, and garlic powder in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
- Lay out egg roll wrappers and place 2-3 tablespoons of filling in the center of each wrapper. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, tuck in the side corners, and roll tightly toward the top corner. Seal edges with water.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry 2-3 rolls at a time for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Allow fried rolls to cool for 2-3 minutes before serving hot with preferred dipping sauces.
