Instructions
- Pop the popcorn kernels using your preferred method (microwave or stovetop).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 cup of chocolate chips and 1 scoop of shortening; melt in intervals until smooth.
- Transfer the popped popcorn to a mixing bowl and drizzle the melted chocolate over it while gently tossing to coat.
- Add vegan marshmallows and graham cracker pieces; mix until evenly combined.
- Spread the mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let it cool before breaking into pieces.
