  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
  4. Stir in vegetable oil and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt; gradually add to wet mixture until combined.
  6. Divide batter between prepared pans and bake for 30-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out barely clean. Cool brownies completely.
  7. Once cooled, spread softened ice cream over one brownie layer, then top with the second layer.
  8. Freeze for at least six hours or overnight before cutting into squares.
