Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds (for garnish)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
- Toss the halved sprouts in olive oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until well coated. Arrange them cut-side down on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey and minced garlic. Remove Brussels sprouts from the oven and drizzle with the mixture. Toss gently and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and fresh parsley before serving.
