- 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons honey

- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Pop the kernels using an air popper or stovetop method until all are popped. Transfer to a large mixing bowl, discarding unpopped kernels.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Remove from heat and mix in honey, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Whisk ground cinnamon into the honey-butter mixture until evenly combined.
- Pour the warm mixture over the popcorn and toss thoroughly until evenly coated.
- Spread on parchment paper-lined baking sheet to cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.
