- Boneless chicken thighs
- Honey
- BBQ sauce
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Long-grain rice
- Chicken broth or water

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine honey, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add chicken thighs and coat well; marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook marinated chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side until fully cooked (165°F internal temperature).
- While chicken cooks, rinse rice under cold water. In a pot or rice cooker, add rice, broth (or water), and salt; cook until liquid is absorbed (15-20 minutes).
- Slice the cooked chicken and serve over rice drizzled with leftover sauce. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
