- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions
- Spray the slow cooker with cooking spray or use a liner. Place chicken breasts at the bottom.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Pour over chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is cooked through.
- Shred the chicken in the sauce using two forks and stir to combine. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
