- Cheese tortellini

Instructions
- Cook the cheese tortellini according to package directions in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
- Steam fresh broccoli florets for 3-4 minutes until bright green, then plunge into ice water and drain.
- Season chicken breast cubes with salt and pepper. Sear in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in heavy cream until smooth.
- Stir in grated parmesan cheese, adjusting sauce consistency with reserved pasta water as needed.
- Combine cooked tortellini, chicken, and broccoli with the sauce until well coated. Serve immediately.
