- 6 fresh garlic cloves (3 minced for the sauce, 3 for the patties)
- 4 brioche hamburger buns
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- Fresh arugula

Instructions
- Prepare the Creamy Garlic Sauce: In a small saucepan, combine heavy cream and 3 minced garlic cloves over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and whisk in mayonnaise until smooth.
- Form the Burger Patties: In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with remaining minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently and form into four equal patties.
- Cook the Patties: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side until desired doneness.
- Toast the Buns: Slice brioche buns in half, brush cut sides with melted butter, and toast until golden brown.
- Assemble Your Burgers: On each bottom bun, place fresh arugula followed by a cooked patty. Drizzle generously with creamy garlic sauce before adding the top bun.
