- 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced in halves or quarters
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- For the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until combined. Press into a 9×13-inch baking dish and freeze for 15 minutes.
- For the filling: Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped heavy cream until airy. Spread over the crust.
- Decorate with frozen blueberries and sliced strawberries to create a flag design. Dust lightly with powdered sugar if desired.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours before serving. Let sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes before cutting.
