- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/3 cup plant-based butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup oat milk
- 2 tsp vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch tube pan with plant-based butter, dusting it with flour.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the softened plant-based butter and sugar until fluffy. Gradually add olive oil and vanilla extract while mixing.
- Mix oat milk with vinegar in a separate bowl and let sit for about 5 minutes.
- Combine the wet mixture with the creamed butter mixture and stir gently until just combined.
- Fold in the dry ingredients in three parts using a rubber spatula to maintain fluffiness.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool upside down for best results.
