Instructions
- Prepare the Firecracker Sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and lime juice in a small bowl.
- Chop toppings like diced red onions and sliced jalapeños; set aside.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).
- Grill the hot dogs for 5-7 minutes until cooked through and nicely charred.
- Toast buns on the grill during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
