- 2-3 tablespoons Japanese mayonnaise (kewpie style)
- 1 to 1½ cups torn roasted seaweed
Instructions
- Prepare the sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine canned tuna with sesame oil and Japanese mayonnaise; stir until well mixed.
- Take a small amount of sushi rice in your hands, flatten it slightly, place a spoonful of the tuna mixture in the center, and mold the rice around it to form a ball.
- Wrap each rice ball with strips of roasted seaweed for added flavor and support.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for later enjoyment.
