  • 15.5 ounces bag of nacho cheese tortilla chips (crushed)
  • 1 ½ pounds ground beef (cooked and drained)
  • 1 packet of taco seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned; drain excess grease.
  2. Mix in taco seasoning with water as per packet instructions.
  3. While the beef cooks, prepare the vegetables: shred the lettuce, dice tomatoes, and chop onion if using.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, chopped onion, and seasoned beef.
  5. Pour in catalina dressing and mix well.
  6. Gently fold in shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Just before serving, sprinkle crushed tortilla chips on top for added crunch.
