  • 5 oz softened cream cheese
  • 4 tbsp butter, softened
  • 3 tbsp caramel sauce
  • 3/4 cup imperial sugar powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp imperial sugar white sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cold butter, cubed
  • 1 green apple, chopped into cubes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and both sugars until fluffy. Add the egg, concentrated apple juice, and vanilla extract; mix well.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour with spices, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually stir into the wet mixture until just combined.
  4. Fold in chopped green apples.
  5. Scoop tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden. Cool on a wire rack.
