- 4 cups plain rice Chex cereal

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rice Chex cereal with melted unsalted butter until fully coated.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the white sugar and ground cinnamon, then sprinkle over the butter-coated cereal.
- Gently stir until all pieces are evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
