- 1 raw pizza base
- 2/3 cup fig preserves
- 1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
- 3-4 slices turkey (torn into smaller bits)
- 2 ounces crumbled goat cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat.
- Roll out your raw pizza base on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it to a baking sheet or heated pizza stone.
- Spread fig preserves evenly over the pizza base, leaving about an inch around the edges.
- Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese over the fig layer, followed by the torn turkey slices.
- Crumble goat cheese over the entire pizza.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and enjoy!
