Instructions
- Bring water to boil and cook eggs for 6-7 minutes for soft-boiled consistency, then transfer to an ice bath.
- In a large pot, simmer chicken broth; add soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Add frozen dumplings to the simmering broth and cook until they float (8-10 minutes).
- Stir in instant ramen noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
- Add fresh spinach and let it wilt for about 1-2 minutes.
- Serve by dividing noodles, dumplings, and spinach into bowls; ladle hot broth over each bowl and top with halved soft-boiled eggs, green onions, and black sesame seeds.
