- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or olive oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Shape the mixture into sticks about 4 inches long and 1 inch wide.
- Place the sticks on a lined baking sheet and lightly spray with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
