Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the chicken in a pot over medium heat until fully cooked (15-20 minutes), then shred.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well-coated.
- Spread a thin layer of BBQ sauce on the pizza crust.
- Distribute the BBQ chicken mixture evenly over the crust.
- Scatter the chopped onion and bell pepper on top.
- Sprinkle both cheeses generously over all toppings.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro, slice, serve hot, and enjoy!
