Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk mixed with hot sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare breading by combining flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and optional cayenne pepper.
- Dredge marinated chicken in the breading mixture until fully coated.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet to 350°F (175°C) and fry chicken until golden brown (about 6-8 minutes per side).
- For the dressing, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, black pepper, and olive oil until smooth.
- Assemble sandwiches by spreading dressing on brioche buns and layering with romaine lettuce and crispy chicken.
