- 100 g shredded mature cheddar cheese
- 300 g cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 120 ml ranch dressing
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Salt, black pepper, and parsley to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
- Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in flour and cook for about 1-2 minutes until slightly golden.
- Gradually whisk in whole milk and heavy cream; cook until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
- Mix in shredded chicken, ranch dressing, green onions, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Place filling onto tortillas; wrap tightly to enclose all ingredients.
- Serve immediately or grill briefly on a pan until crispy.
