- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- Fresh cilantro (for garnish, optional)
- Vegetables of your choice (e.g., spinach, bok choy, bell peppers)
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until browned. Remove and slice.
- In the same pot, sauté minced garlic and grated ginger for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth and water; bring to a simmer.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions (about 4-5 minutes).
- Stir in heavy cream and soy sauce; let it simmer gently.
- Mix cornstarch with water and add to thicken the broth.
- If using vegetables like spinach or bok choy, add them now until wilted.
- Serve ramen in bowls topped with sliced chicken and garnished with green onions.
